Not only does it work, it can now be directed similar to old missile guidance tech 1980s era.
The waveforms can be contained within a “conduit” of lower frequency microwaves giving it accuracy and concentrated effects.
There is much more, but you get the idea.
We got even better shit than that.
But don’t tell anyone, we been testing this for decades.
