Shocking!! I found rare GLP artworks in a cave! Yes, Aliens and all.

I always manage to find the strange stuff on the walls of junk stores, call me having an "I" for it. I have sold many junk things for larger sums.

Last week I glanced at these old dingy paper decoupage pictures sitting there on a shelf up high.

They were stacked one in front of the other, like they were hiding from me. I saw em all right and walked away.

Fast forward to today...

I am finishing some painting in a hallway and had nothing to put up for pictures then thought back to the the 3 rather large pictures that I had seen.

"Nah, they wont still be there, most items circulate pretty quickly in the place." I thought to myself and others...

So I stopped what I was doing, drove down to that crazy store and low and behold back there on the back wall I could now see all of them staring at me from the door saying, "OMG he came back to get us!" They were thrilled. At least it seemed that way.

I kinda look em over, thought they were cool older paper cut out art, ok, they will be conversation pieces and I like that so I grabbed em. If nothing else I will use the frames and solid looking glass to make something else with.

Then... I put em back on the shelf. Yes, indeed I did!

Mildly rummaged around the store for a few, well that's what it is really for then ended up front and center staring at them again.
Well shit, now what shall I do? These dang things are like magnets with "I"s to me...

Got em home, cleaned the glass, made some secure mounting fixtures, spaced em out right and hung em up the stairs diagonally. Then I stepped back upstairs to glimpse my handy work. leaned far over the handrail to the tipping point and started to be absorbed into the images.

Old strange Warholness of them all from every angle and each direction I looked there was some form of curiosity at play. very high quality pictures or prints of some rather strange space materials or programs, Aliens, ICBM's, Minutemen Missiles, DNA, ROBOTS, I balls, time, no, time, God knows what else is behind that glass...

These are 26" by 18" frames, have a look at that old cardboard box backing, no frills but oh what content there is to fall into, or onto, or, well, you know. INJOEY!

Anyone with a clue as to the Artist? The Theme or other relevant tidbits will be appreciated on my side of the screen.

I have yet to dis-assemble them as you know will mean there are millions of Bitcoins on a block chain sequence and a 20 word passphrase from the future hiding in those pictures somewhere, Boy That Would Suck! Like a 51% takeover.

I could care less what you think about the way I type or my grammar. I am old and blindish and tired. I eat Spam and Grits.

Ironically, off from work with Shingles from working too hard at work, so at home working and this shit happens.
