in a closed circuit (cosmic egg) reincarnation and rebirth process are similar in expression because there is only the location(s) to change location (rebirth) to within the cosmic egg

there is only what is known within the structure of the cosmic egg to know
it is it`s own finite universe to all that exists within it`s domain

okay what i`m getting is what i thought , the presence of water directs the effects of our environment upon us and the reason water does that is because water is a plasma and 99.999% of our material universe is in a plasma state

the intelligence of our universe operates through the medium of water uniquely concerning us and life such as us whom do not exist within the plasma state of the majority of our universe

if you think direction, everything forms from it`s inside out in layers

you can imagine our universe being 99.999% plasma state as a layer and our layer, 001% is not in a plasma state

we are connected to the 99.999% layer by water

the non material dimensions of magnetic fields, charge etc effect us the same way as they do the 99.999% layer and reaction to those effects is reflected via our different forms but the intrinsic "intelligent" material link, between us and the 99.999% layer, is water

our minds can and do take information out of the non material dimensions (non local conscious) but our shape and physical abilities to do that etc. is directed by the intelligence (information) flowing through water
