Have him look into the de-wormer option.

It's allegedly very effective EXCEPT if you wait until you are at death's door.

It's a very specific medication that's been safely used in horsed, dogs and humans for decades as a treatment for pinworms. It was discovered by a researcher at Merc who was treating test animals for cancer (she was testing EVERYTHING in their product line) who subsequently was diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer and given 3 months to live. It was gone in a matter of weeks.

Merc cannot feasibly bring this drug to market for treating cancer because the patent has lapsed and there would be no way to recoup the cost of clinical trials for safety and efficacy AGAINST CANCER (tens or hundreds of millions $). Because of that, your doctor can't recommend it as a treatment option without risking their career.

The details are not hard to find. There's a regimen of dewormer, vitamin E and CBD oil that allegedly has not failed yet except in a couple cases where everything else had failed and the person was literally checking into hospice and had "nothing to lose". That's obviously too far gone.

It's worth looking into and trying... I know I would if it was me.
