Also, everyone in Colorado is in debt up to their eyeballs. Fake people living in million dollar homes on huge debt. Gonna be fun to watch the bubble pop.  Not me, man. Although.....maybe it will chase away some of these, ahem, out of staters... Out of staters are the worst. Especially California and Texas I'll take the Texans. It's the CA, IL, and anyone from the east coast that I don't want. Unless of course they're patriots fleeing their hellholes
