This guy could have been a criminal pretending to pick up trash --

maybe waiting to rape a woman or something

cops were just doing their jobs

He might be a free man, minding his own business and harming no one.

In that case the cops were acting like Thugs. They have guns drawn on a man picking up garbage?

The cops think it is all fine and well that we free people submit to this kind of thuggery. What kind of a man seeks out a job where he can get away with doing this kind of thing to people every day?

If you're on your property, whether you own it, or have entered into a lease or rental agreement for said property, the police can't boss you around on that property without a crime being committed. With that being said this happened in Boulder, CO which is what I would consider the epitome of a wealthy liberal enclave where no real crime happens, and people are completely out of touch with the struggles of the disenfranchised.
