Define "clean". People respond differently to various diets. Your version of 'clean' doesn't mean it's perfect for you.

Aside from that, chest and belly fat could be a hormonal thing. Maybe you're making too much estrogen, or something else.

Whatever approach you use in attempts to help yourself, I'd suggest keeping it totally natural, as in herbs, minerals, vitamins, foods. The cure is there, you just need to find it.

Not sure if this will help but I personally would try a course of, Iodine, Diatomaceaous Earth, Bentonite Clay and charcoal, vitamin C.
