Anonymous Coward User ID: 75644521 United States 06/05/2019 06:00 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | So lets see...60 million on SS and its ended. You would have...oh I don't know, maybe 30 to 40 million who can't pay their mortgage, 20 to 30 million who can't make car payments, credit card payments, etc. if Medicare goes even those who own their homes will lose them after one or two medical emergencies. So with this huge glut of homes foreclosed the price will drop like a rock and your $300,000 house that you owe $200,000 on is now worth $135,000 maybe, but there really aren't any buyers because who has the money anymore? Banks would fold left and right with the unmanageable glut of homes. Empty homes would be broken into and illegal immigrant squatters would move in. How'd ya like an ex Somalia war lord living next door?! By the way, this is already happening in the U.K., they even have a tv series about it! I don't know the name of it. We could have a U.S. Made series called Squatters, the Guatemalian drug pin next door, or the Sudan black market organ stealers next door, the possibilities are endless! You'all better hope SS and Medicare stay solvent because if they don't everyone will feel the pain, and it won't be pretty! |

The politicians who originally planned the system probably had no idea how it would turn out. But today's politicians know the system is rotted, and yet they refuse to make the changes necessary to free the American people from it. Instead, they make it worse. |
