More Payment Processors Withdrawing/Refusing Service

Well there is a real opportunity here for a Jeff Bezos kinda person to break away, be brave and start an alternative payment process biz

We need a detailed list of these companies

Perhaps, as another poster suggested, put the God into Godlike and turn this online library into a religious organization. Father Trinity has a nice ring to it and most of us come to the church of GLP everyday.

Kratom companies have been going through the same issues.

The companies that they want to shut down are having the most problems finding payment processors now.

Trinity, recently you had a processor involved and were nearing completion readying it for use here, only a few days away. Did that one fall through also? If so, was it because of another bank's refusal?

I have no doubt that the banksters are being pressured by Big Pharma - since CBD oil and other things cut into their profits.

We need to be thoughtful of what we buy via check or debit card, certainly. We could find ourselves unbanked. Sad world.

You know what the answer is to all these kinds of issues?

Go back to the way things were done before payapl and credit cards. Send a check in the mail or send it COD. People made millions doing business like this for over 100 years.

What an opportunity for a small bank to create it's own payment processing venue and service a growing group.

End-around banning of CBD oil (via dropped payment processors).

End-around banning of non-globalist free speech (FB, Twitter censorship, payment processor refusals, ..).

End-around banning of firearms-ownership (ad hoc FFs to target specific guns, ammo, products).

End-round banning of resistance to Global Governance (forced Earth-ssving Carbon Tax).

I think it is time for me to start a payment processing company, clearing house and bank that handles these types of businesses. Oh and a great ACLU attorney to help handle the legal fallout.

A church does not need to seek 501 status.

Neither of the people I know who became ordained with Universal Life got letters like that, because they did not seek 501 status.

Here's the thing. It is against federal law, but they let states regulate the legality if it in each state, and as far as I know it is legal in all 50.
I think part of the issue is that CBD oil helps so many people, and someone like myself that was paying almost $200.00 a month in prescription Co pays, not to mention what the insurance was paying (one the Co pay was $800.00 but the drug company gave me a waiver). I now pay about $60 a month. No prescriptions. Someone is losing a lot of money on me, and think about how many people manage to get off the poison and chemicals. That's part of it.

But I'm pissed that payment processors have become so damned discriminating. They make money from every single person and business the process payments for.
They are being told not to. Just another way for the left to gain control.

This needs to be taken to court. A brief analysis is that is this a violation of the Commerce Clause under the Constitution and would not sustain constitutional scrutiny. That is only one way to legally. If upheld, that would end this behavior.

The medical marijuana dispensaries in Florida only deal in Cash or CanPay. It's an extreme pain in the ass...I wonder what they are doing with all that cash?

How much dosh does it take to start a bank?

It is my understanding the dispensaries in all states where Marijuana is legal take only cash.
