Probably the easiest way is not adding it to the water in the first friggin place.

I just boil and filter with ground and roasted beans.

Adding aluminum is like jumping from the frying pan into the fire. Then you have to filter out the aluminum so you don't get alzheimers.

Charcoal made from bones (bonechar) is the best method of filtering out fluoride, but the bonechar must be replaced frequently.
