You can't "replenish" the earth with more Christians. Christians are people called out of the world and born again from water and the Spirit.

Having children doesn't necessarily imply they will follow that high upward calling.

Pharisees thought they were sons of Abraham and yet Jesus told them that whores and toll men entered the kingdom of heaven before them.

Adam fathered Cain and Abel, the first sons ever born. One of them became the image of a true spiritual priest to God, the other became a murderer. And those were the first sons ever born.
