If they were lies wouldn't it be so much easier for you to disprove them with the real facts backed by evidence.

I was the first one to say it was a limpet mine that caused the damage to these ships while everyone else was screaming that they were attacked by torpedoes or RPG's.

I knew because I have studied what the Iranians have done over the last 40 years since the Islamic revolution...

Their military is capable of pulling off this sort of attack and they train terrorists to do these things as well and have had terrorist training camps in their country since the revolution.

By the way, in none of my posts on this incident have I once said that the US should go to war with Iran or do anything about what they did to these vessels.

My only goal here is to accurately determine what happened and who did it, if it is the Iranians I already know the why they did it, they have been saying for years that the Straights of Hormuz belong to them and all shipping through it must pay them for the right to traverse the area based upon the tonnage of cargo on board.

In short extortion on the high seas, Iran is not a signatory of any international agreements concerning the law of the seas, or the Geneva conventions, so they can pretty much do whatever they want to stop shipping in "their" waters.

The Arab nations on the other side of Persian gulf see Iran as a viable threat to their exports of oil.

Now it is up to you to prove everything I have said is wrong...

Except that it was a boat load of Iranian revolutionary guards sent to recover the mine by force if necessary before the US Navy did.

In all honesty We will find one on other ships in the region, my best guess is that they are already looking for them.
