Maybe something to do with the landslide, flooding they've had? Not all steel are made the same. That florida bridge collapse was traced back to chicom "steel" too. Yes, I was thinking possibly they could have used "cheaper/weaker" steel for that bridge... Terrifying when you think of it... A couple of people died during the collapse.. they are still investigating the possible loss of some people who are missing and the cause of the bridge collapse...at least 61 people have died because of the heavy rain too reports say...
