I just ordered some Candida Complex, it almost has everything you listed and a few others which makes it similar to thieves oil minus the clove oil. I figure I'll add in clove oil to my diet and that should cure, any fungal, parasite or bacterial issues.

It's a good price too, when I was searching for a thieves oil a few years back they were all priced about $50-60 for an ounce, this was $13 for 60 days worth and most people say it's too strong for once a day to use every other day.
