All flesh conceived on this planet will act as seeds for life on the perfected version of this earth. All men will be alive by the end of Re:22 when New Jerusalem lands on the New Earth at the end of Re:22. The Book of Life will be opened again and all other flesh that was conceived on this earth will be resurrected back to life.

Lu:12:6-7:
Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings,
and not one of them is forgotten before God?
But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
Fear not therefore:
ye are of more value than many sparrows.

All flesh is not the same flesh:
but there is one kind of flesh of men,
