Thought would post this for those who may not be fully aware. Would agree most if not all are to one degree or another but this article from 2004 is very eye-opening and fills in some blanks for others. Historical fact not banter. If others like it then will post a few others that shaped how we got where we are today. [ link to www.theguardian.com (secure)] Enjoy!  For later reading. I believe this ties into Smedley Butler story. Smedley Butler almost singlehandedly stopped the "Business Plot Coup" that Prescott Bush was a party to. Yes, I believe Butler played the MIC and Congress like fiddles...knew what the real goals were at the expense of brave young men's lives, agreed to testify in front of Congress leaders and then TOLD THE TRUTH. Unfortunately, Butler only paused the timeline briefly.
