Pro se plaintiff gets summary judgment by a foreign court, and the State didn't get a trial. Comiskey vs Shicker (2011cv03099) ; filed in the Springfield District Federal Court (1983 USC Litigation)

Sad to say, Grand Jury hands down death sentence in civil case by Hydrolink Bracket.

Anyone knows any good lawyer?

We need to file a complaint for product liability due to unknown supplementation.

A good friend of mine is still fighting his case on the matter and needs serious legal help...anyone?

The first and only question right now should be, "Why is there a Grand Jury in a Civil Case?"

And a Hydrolink Bracket is a Fed Case in a foreign state court?

Come on people, someone's go to see the irony in all this?

No takers?

Yeah, well, since I posted the Thread, I've concluded that my friend's story, who asked me to make the Thread [for him], perhaps doesn't make a whole lot of sense from the start.

Too bad, I think he might be Skitzo, but whatever the case, he does seem to know the law pretty well, leading me to believe that he was telling the Truth all along.

I am still pretty unsure, to be honest.

Sry for the confusion, but it IS kinda funny though, aint it?

lmao.

Chrones Disease, how in the hell does that have anything to do with finding dirt [bad enough] to go through the trouble.
