graham was active duty air force jag for 7 years before moving over to the guard for 6 years then the reserves for another 20. he retired in 2015 a full bird colonel with a bronze star which he is quick to dismiss as being honorary and not meritorious. i have no problem with his service. makes him perfect to serve on military tribunals.
