People are so mixed up these days that almost everyone will be defined as "black", unless you require some arbitrary measure of color. Perhaps a full body scan with a reflection spectrophotometer such that you pass or fail some arbitrary darkness coefficient? This is just getting stupid. Just imagine another bureaucracy like the TSA to administer it.
