If a small aircraft of any kind hits the water, even at relatively slow speeds, it is certain to come to near sudden stop and flip over forwards instantly. Upside-down, in the dark, with a cabin that floods in a matter of seconds... No one is surviving that. This isn't a Hollywood movie, when you are tossed in your seatbelt that hard you are too stunned to even undo your yourself from the seat never mind stay calm enough to find your way out of a rapidly sinking, upside-down craft.
