curry sauce in a jar, either ready to eat or a jar with lots o portions in, so concentrated curry sauce which you add other ingredients to make the sauce.
i recomend the curry sauces - tikka masala or jalfrezi.
add hot pepper powder for heat and stir in.
optional add any vegetable or more than one, canned, fresh or frozen is ok.
put the cooked drained rice on the plate then pour over the curry sauce already mixed with beans and vegetables and hot pepper powder.
its a great meal and relatively cheap depending on the sauce..
