The right amount of a good salt...thats all. Assuming you know how to get your beans and rice cooked done and eating ready.
Quoting: Still 100% true. You don't actually need the specialties (olive oil, diced tomatoes, crushed chips...) that I add nowadays. I used to eat just straight beans, rice and salt. IME, it needs more salt than you might think is 'reasonable'. That's the secret, imo.
