you have no fucking idea what you are talking about as you have never been on a raw meat diet, idiot. i can tell you there is nothing tastier and more satisfying and nourishing for the human body then what your body naturally craves, nothing is better then a big jug of a raw milk and a big juicy texas beef rib(little sear and little spice is fine). once you are on the diet for awhile u will only crave raw meat and will think of the fake food the sheep eat as the poison it is.
