Letting Jeffrey Epstein off the hook involves more people than Alex Acosta. Alberto Gonzalez signed the deal and over at the FBI Robert Mueller and his #2 James Comey dropped the investigation.

It is the job of the highly trained 'career prosecutors' to talk with victims. They didn't need all the victims to come forward in court. Julie Brown just stated that some negotiations and back and forth communications between his office and Epsteins lawyers were still working when Acosta had his breakfast meeting in Palm Beach.

It was known by Palm Beach authorities that Epstein had made a child pornography tape between an unnamed associate of his and a child. When the cops went to Epsteins home the computers had been moved (he was tipped off). Epstein said the computers were safe in his lawyers office. The authorities went to the State Attorney and requested a search warrant..it never happened.

Pretty sure Julie Brown's reporting stated that the reason the 'career prosecutors' were brought in was because local authorities had complained to State Attorney or main Justice that Epsteins lawyers were undermining their case.

Seems like a plan from the get go by Epsteins team to get career prosecutors in so a higher level of corruption could take over - on the level of an Alan Dershowitz.
