The inner body gets the radiation, no matter the color. Things that eat humans eat them no matter the skin color. I doubt there non mixed anything out there. Skin color is irrelevant in this dimension.
You could do a survey. How many don’t have any cancer in their family?
A satellite that blew up in the atmosphere decades ago could give you lung cancer, no matter your skin color. Radiation in any form is cumulative.

so.. being around this radiation for 1 year would be = to having 24,000 full-body CT scans!!!

that is 65 full-body CT scans per day or 6 every hour.

That's 600 chest x-rays every hours. (10 every minute - 1 every 6 seconds)
