I am very inspired by all three of your videos OP.
I hope you keep adding more videos as you feel led to do. I would love to see this thread grow and grow to 15 pages or more over time.

Thanks I am a little reluctant, because I don't want to get into teaching, but some of that stirs in me. I think it is safer to tell testimonies of what God has said. But that will only go on for so log.

Good Christians do not post threads trying to script suicides.

What are you talking about?

Maybe it's a language barrier?

Is English your first language?

Video too long. What he say?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76384983

Adjust the speed on the video to 1:25 or 1:50 - that will make it shorter.
Listen to his testimony.

Just think how many threads you've seen about depressed guys who want to end it all? Every few days there is a thread topic from somebody who is thinking about suicide.
I've seen many posts lately about how serious problems or mental struggles are so bad that they want to "end it" or leave this life.
This guy tells you what happened when he tried to end his life but he lived. He lived for a reason.
Just watch it.

Let me be clear.

Suicide is NOT the way to go, DO NOT TRY THIS. No matter how bad life is for you, reach out to someone for help.

While listening to the first video, I kept thinking back to an image I've seen on Rotten.com, decades ago. I haven't been to that website in about 15-20 years, but I vaguely remember the picture being of a man's face blown wide open. He was still alive, It was basically eyes, and everything below was blown open and bloody, with a tongue hanging.

Was that you?

Your testimony fills me with joy and has blessed me very much. Please make more videos. This is what we as followers of Jesus needs to hear and share with people. Raw real truth and how we can learn, overcome, and help others if we just let God do his work in us, His grace will abound.

I thank God for you, and pray that wisdom and blessing continue to be poured out upon you in Jesus name.

And am very jealous with a Godly jealousy how as a young believer you stepped out in faith as you were led to share Jesus with people and speak what God was giving you. I get gripped wth so much fear when it comes to those things, but like God told you, fear is a lie. I will call it out next time. Thank you again, I just love you!

Re: When A Christian Commits Suicide...This is how God Responded to me.
While composing a thread for posting here, back in 2004, I was reading some verses. During this contemplation, God The Holy Spirit Gave me this Witness:

"Anyone who ever Loved Christ Jesus with a True heart, even if only as a child, will not be lost or condemned."

So there's that which might be a comfort....

As to suicide, how many forms can it take? There's active and passive forms. Not to get into the motivations or circumstances, but God IS Merciful.

Seems pretty likely to me that anyone out of their right mind who kills themself might be Indulged By God's Mercy.

Yet, what does any of this matter to any of you?
Know a friend or have a family member who killed themself? Not terribly uncommon.

What IS Uncommon is for any Laodicean Christian to Put their Complete and Total Trust In and With God. You worried about others, but can't decide if you can Trust God Fully with all you are and ever will be?

There's no Knowing The Father, Christ, or God The Holy Spirit without having made your Leap Of Faith, your surrender of self and Being Ezekiel 36:26-27 Born-Again. Christ Witnesses in Matt 7:21-23 that HE Only Knows those "Who DO The Will Of MY Father Which Art In Heaven." In Luke 13:22-28, HE is entreated by those whose streets he taught in and in whose homes he ate. HE Don't KNOW them because they never Came Unto The Father to Be Born-Again...

How's that verse go? "What profiteth a man to gain the whole world but lose his soul"? Consider the super-Christians of Matt 7:22 who remind Jesus that they "did Miracles, Cast-Out demons, and Prophesied In HIS Name". They're Told: "Depart from ME, you who work iniquity: I KNOW YOU NOT!"

We are ALL workers of iniquity Until we Come Unto The Father and Are Given "A New Heart Of HIS Flesh" and Enabled to KNOW and DO HIS Will, and also "Keep MY Statutes". This (Ezekiel 36:26-27) Is The Concise Witnes Of The Born-Again Life.

So my question to you is this: If you don't care enough about God to Trust HIM Fully with all you are and all you ever will be, or just can't find it in your heart to Tell HIM, how is your failure any different from suicide?

More tragically than suicide, you Claim God; but, won't take action For HIM to prove it. You're probably not mentally ill, or living in despair like those who suicide often are. From my perspective, you Choose Dysfunction rather than Trusting God.

Suicide is a great family horror and affects everyone that knows the person who chose death rather than a way through their problems.

From my perspective, Claiming God, but failing to manifest the Love you Claim to have for him is Even Worse!

KNOW WHO Christ Jesus IS?
Then Father-God Has Called You... Matt 16:13-20

John 3:7 "Marvel not that I Say unto you, YE MUST Be Born-Again!"

Unless you can read John ch 17 and 1st John 2:18-27 and Recognize The Witness there as depictions of your own life, you aren't Born-Again.

Unless you can remember having made your surrender Unto The Father and KNOW that you Stood In HIS Presence and how different you felt after you made the offering of your life To HIM, you aren't Born-Again.

None of us possess anything in this life other than our self. It is the Trusting God Fully and giving-up our self Unto HIM which is the dying unto self and being Born-Again In-HIM and With HIM... It was for this purpose that Christ Jesus was Manifested Into this world. To Bring The Gospel and Redeem all so that those who would could Come Unto The Father...

John 14:6 "...No man Cometh Unto The Father but BY ME!"

Only by Living In and With The Father are we Delivered from the horrors of this life. The suicide of a close friend or relative is certainly one of the chief horrors to have to live with.

God Bless all of you who have had to live with this sorrow. My witness to you is that Trusting HIM Fully and Telling HIM So is the only way to be Delivered from your grief and fear.

I am being careful about the videos.

I am being cautious about them, as it is easy to teach what I have learned (testimony) and what I think/believe (teaching).

I feel safe with the testimonies.

Possibly I will make a video about my 8 supernatural dreams, it was as if I was transported into ht future, yet I was asleep in bed.

Yes... Being born again, and having a testimony, AND trusting God...So important.

Strange thing is, when I could not or would not trust Him, He made a way for me.

When I could not or would not stop sinning He made a way for me.

When He spoke He made me free. Mercy, grace and love is what He has given me when I didn't even deserve it.

Re: When A Christian Commits Suicide...This is how God Responded to me.
OP,

Ezekiel 36:26-27 is The Concise Witness of The Born-Again Life, Given BY The Father to HIS Prophet:
26. A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
27. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

God don't make "a way" especially for us; Christ Jesus Brought THE WAY and on calvary Enabled Us To Come Unto The Father, to stand In HIS Presence.

John 17 is Jesus' Witness of The Born-Again Life.
First John Epistle is St. John's Witness of The Born-Again Life...

The Laodicea age Christian is confused by great error. The widely-accepted ministers/teachers/preachers aren't themselves Born-Again so they re-defined Christ's Witness into conformity with their conjecture and rationalization.

Here's Matt 7:21-23...
21. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23. And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

The verse 22 Christians certainly thought they had claim upon God; but, they never Came Unto The Father...

Belief and Faith were meant to be steping stones unto KNOWING.

Faith without works (action) is dead!

If we can't manifest our heart unto The Father without condition or expectation, then our Faith too was never alive...

Strange thing is THEY thought they knew Him, and He said "I don't know you".

These people claimed to have works of miracles, but likely if you asked these (for example) TV preachers about their testimony, they would not have one, about Jesus, and being born again.

Re: When A Christian Commits Suicide...This is how God Responded to me.
The current question I have constantly burning in my head is how does one know if you’re saved? I’ve heard so many Christians tell me they’re born-again or they’ve been saved etc. I ask them how they know and I’ve had so many diverse responses I can’t find any consistency. I’ve been praying a lot lately, trying to fix my relationship with Jesus Christ and our Lord and to be born-again or become a Christian or however it’s termed. For some reason of late this has become very important to me.. I like to think maybe this is a call? Now how do I know if I’ve been saved? Why does this still bother me so much? I am not at peace, I am so uneasy about all of this, like this weird desperation to be at peace with God, to do the right things and be whatever He intended me to be. I pray often, and in some cases literally just talk to God and express my fears, my sins, talk, ask for help, whatever’s going on.. I’ve said many a prayer similar to the “Sinner’s Prayer.” etc..

Christ Brought Salvation and The Gospel to the world. HE Gave HIS Life in obedience Unto HIS Father's Will. Father's New Covenant was TO KNOW Us Directly and Personally.

Ezekiel 36:26-27 is part of a greater scope Witness Given to the Hebrews. The Hebrews rejected HIM, as usual. I found these 2 verses because I was challenged to prove that the term "Born-Again" was present in the Old Testament. It wasn't, but I searched on the words which described my life With God and found 26 & 27...

Being "Saved" is not the same as Being Born-Again. Billy Graham etc corrupted Jesus' Witness of Coming Unto The Father and most else of Jesus' Witness. There is no "being led to God" or "bringing souls to Christ" etc. The Laodicean preachers (mostly, I think) tried with good hearts to do what they felt was pleasing to God; but, because they weren't Born-Again, they did not rely on God and never KNEW HIS Will.

If you ever Loved Christ Jesus with a True heart, even if only as a child, you will not be lost or condemned...

There is more though, and The Born-Again Life comes by our deciding we can Trust God Completely With All We Are And Ever Will Be and By Taking Action In Telling HIM This and Giving HIM Our All.

It ain't about giving away your money... It's about Loving HIM above All Else and being committed to Trust HIM In Everyway with your life.

Coming Unto The Father might go like this:
-Acknowledge Christ Jesus,
-Admit and repent of your sins,
-Claim your share of Father's Infinite Grace and Mercy,
(you do this when you Come Unto HIM in honest and sincere surrender)
-Give HIM your life, all of it; the good and the bad, pledging to accept and seek HIS Will For You the rest of your life,
-Ask HIM to Send HIS Holy Spirit To Guide you through life.
HE Will, if you are honest and sincere.

I was an alcoholic, doing my 2nd time around in AA. I had just completed my 4th step list at 12:30am and was going to get a soda from the fridge. Going out my bedroom door, a voice came into my head, "Why don't you Give your life to God now?" (the 5th step), I got down on my knees and opened my heart to God...

I told HIM, "I don't know how Jesus fits into your plan, Father, so I'm giving my all to You, YahWeh, Elohim, Jehovah, Father, Abba.." I was convinced that without HIM Running my life I would soon die. I Knew I had botched my life and HE was my only hope.

When I got up off my knees, about 10-15min later, I felt different and KNEW I had Been In Father's Presence. 20yrs later I found Scriptures that described the life I had been Living.

If your heart is True, there's no "wrong" way to Come Unto The Father. There's no special prayer or name to call HIM by.

Sinners might have an easier time of this than the Purehearts. The sinner (like I was) Knows his/her only hope is with God and has nothing left to lose in giving their life to God. The Pureheart has tried everything to no avail, but finally in frustration just gives his/her "all". That is when they make their surrender.

Trusting HIM Fully with all you are and all you ever will be and Taking Action To Tell HIM So is what matters.

This is my witness.
God Has Blessed you.
Time to Take Action if you would Be HIS...

Re: When A Christian Commits Suicide...This is how God Responded to me.
Twice Murdered

9/3/05 From YahuShua HaMashiach, Our Lord and Savior
The Word of The Lord Spoken to Timothy
For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear
(Regarding suicide - Addendum to “The Judgment of God Is True and Without Question, Yet the Error of the People Is Great”)

Thus says The Lord: I have looked upon those who strike themselves down, upon all who have been ensnared by the devil. For the sin of suicide is very grievous, a sin which only multiplies suffering and increases pain; of which the dead have no knowledge, for there is only silence in the grave.
Therefore, hear and understand: If one heavy-laden with sorrow, with hopelessness and pain, ends their own life, they have indeed sinned. For to kill is to kill, even of one’s self. Yet I tell you the truth, they are twice murdered; slain first in their heart by the devil, then in their body at their own hand. Are they lost? No. For even one dead at their own hand, coerced by the devil, will live again. For I am He who shall call forth both the first and the second.

For all who have sinned are dead in their sins,
Yet in Me they are made alive again,
As many as drink My blood and eat My flesh...

For I am The Life Without End,
The Only Fountain of Living Waters,
The Bread of God which came down
From Heaven and gave life to the world...

Behold, from the beginning I had overcome all things;
From the very foundation of the world, I AM HE...

The Resurrection and The Life!

IF you didn't watch my video about coming to Jesus, you should. You sound like me, right before I met Him

Re: When A Christian Commits Suicide...This is how God Responded to me.

Thanks for the kind words.

Still thinking all this over...Paul warns about teaching.

Brother,

Please post your videos. I am full of hopelessness and despair. Your videos may be able to help me.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 13358554

I know what you mean, but just to keep our focus correct, my videos can not help you, nor can anything else, except god intervene, with His grace and mercy.

If you are a believer do NOT despair, put your hope in Him, even if you have no faith or hope, still turn to Him. He is our source for everything. His work is completed. WE are to REST in HIM

Man,

I'm in deep, deep trouble!

I've been trying (to the best of my ability) to find God and to have Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I'm beginning to think that I've done something so bad that God doesn't want anything to do with me, I've gotten to the point where I'm beginning to think God isn't real.

I've put a lot of time (years) into finding Him and for some reason, I am not able to.

I'm just thinking out loud here...the way I'm thinking, God should've rewarded my effort by now. Help! SOS!

OK I've been there. I used to think those thoughts. But I was wrong.

Look at at this way, Jesus died for you while you were yet in your sins. he didn't have to die for us, BUT GOD LOVED US (You too) SOOOO much that He sent Jesus.

Jesus did ALL the work, now we are excepted in Christ. Because He made us acceptable to God.

Now God has come to your garden and says "Where are you"?

But your to busy hiding, thinking you are unacceptable.

OR look at it this way.

God is like the man, who is MADLY in love with a woman, his world revolves around her. If anything would happen to her, he would cease to live. His love is so great.

He has expressed this love to her in many ways, several times a day.

But the man's heart just breaks, because everyday, she asks him, "are you sure you love me"....

That is how we treat God. God wants to know (If its deadly quiet, and he gives no signs, and if He seems to have gone on away....

WILL SOMEONE LOVE HIM ENOUGH TO JUST BELIEVE HIM.

Only God knows.....If we are in Jesus Christ, for He immerses us into the body of Christ.

But if we are, then we are safe, for we belong to Him, and all the work has been done. You just rest like a baby in a mothers arms.

Profound to me at least, when God said...

"Never put your sins above my love and grace for you, again".

Thanks OP for thinking of us who have been so encouraged and uplifted by your testimony. I look forward to your next video when you find the time. Today I was thinking of your words about the raindrops and the fruit in the basket.
