I agree it was against protocol and the cop should get a repremand for that...but to say he caused garners heart attack is absurd and you discredit yourself by saying so.

Same with mike brown and treyvon martin...they died because of their own actions...in garners case, his actions were gluttony that lead to his heart attack.
