[link to youtu.be (secure)] And even some eyewitness testimony on this [link to youtu.be (secure)] To me the vid looks staged The dash cam is not set to local time. Look at the working cellphone. It was receiving a signal and said 7:49. Also, the dash cam has a "Z" at the end of,thr time, that means "zulu" time. (It's a military thing.)
