Of what benefit is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but he does not have works? That faith cannot save him, can it? 15 If any brothers or sisters are lacking clothing and enough food for the day, 16 yet one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but you do not give them what they need for their body, of what benefit is it? 17 So, too, faith by itself, without works, is dead. Quoting: DGN God the Father DECLARES who is saved. The above reference scripture does not say NOT SAVED BY GRACE nor does it say WORKS ARE REQUIRED for salvation. It says your works are proof of your faith. Romans 11:6And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. Galatians 5:4 (KJV)4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. Nowhere in the bible does it say you are saved by works. No where!
