Gratitude is important. It can help our mood. It can help our thinking. It can help our prayer life. It’s hard sometimes to be grateful when the world is attacking you . Lose friends . Have many hardships . Fall down and think it’s too hard to rise back up. But no. Im telling you , you MUST rise back up and stand on two feet and be a stronghold of God. Yes . God. We live on a planet full of evil we need the good to shine bright now right now ! So I’m just saying. If your down and out try to make a list for what your grateful for and see if it changes your mood. Peace to you!
