Guys fill out a lot in their early twenties, they gain muscle mass around their shoulders. Think of it they've only been that height for a couple of years. They're like a colt, the bones are there but not the mass. I'm a 1/2" short of 6', and even into my early 20s I stayed around 155 lbs. I did BJJ/MMA for years, had a high metabolism, and natural muscle (i never 'went to the gym'), but did not look skinny IMO. Maybe just low BFP, idk.  - (No clue how much I weigh now, don't own a scale) |
