IF WE DO NOT RUN ON AUTOMATIC

We all have certain habits, beliefs, customs, convictions and experiences which colour our immediate reactions to other people, or to words being said. How much of our conversation is actually original, in the sense of original new thoughts, as opposed to trotting out old concepts, phrases and strategies? In fact, how are we to react to someone, whether we think we know them well or not, for things are always changing, and there is no logical or obvious way of "knowing" exactly what stage that person is at, or what they might just have learnt, or what assistance they might just need.

This is where GODLY INTUITION comes in. This ADAPTS to the situation, each time anew. The GODLY CORE WITHIN will tell you how to approach someone, what they need, if there are any dangers, what it is possible to talk about, and what one should withhold at that specific time. It will also tell us to STOP, if that is the best stance at that particular time.

If we are connected to this source of wisdom within, if we listen to this small still voice and act accordingly, then we will NEVER BE RUNNING ON AUTOMATIC. We will be running according to divine advice, which is always specifically and specially crafted for the listener, and which will ultimately benefit all who actually act upon it, and all who are on the receiving end of this action.

We are often so convinced about out own opinion. It is based on facts and situations we have experienced at first hand and which have affected us deeply. Yet these occurred at a certain time between certain people of certain mind-sets, under certain influences, and all these perimeters have the potential for change in a single second.

So if we find ourselves in difficulties, we can step back, take a deep breath and say the following to ourselves:

IF WE ARE PREPARED TO TAKE TIME TO REPAIR OUR RELATIONSHIPS

Many relationships suffer due to "stress", lack of time and lack of communication. This very valuable exercise, which only takes 10 minutes of our day, is capable of saving marriages:

Partner A says nothing, just listens. Partner B has 5 minutes to talk about anything they want to, without interruption. The sentences should begin with "I" or "I feel" The word "you" is to be avoided. This is about expressing personal feelings, not about accusing others. If there is a break, or silence, then the partners should sit out the 5 minute slot in silence.

Then, partner B says nothing, just listens. Partner A now has 5 minutes to express their feelings, in the same manner as above.

When this 10 minute "ritual is over", both partners go off an do something by themselves. They do no talk to each other for the next half an hour.

Thus can we provide an opportunity for new "mental spaces" to open up, for a deepening of our understanding of each other, and for increased acceptance and compassion.

Well THANK YOU for that, dear AC. It was amazing to see all those different mushroom varieties - increases my awe for nature no end. These are my thoughts as follows: there is indeed a vast network of interlocking systems, formed by and furthered by the mycelia, and this is able to pass on information about danger or food availability, or joy. Many experiments have been done about plants responding differently to different sorts of music, and obviously, if plants are loved and well-cared for, then they flourish, AS DO HUMAN BEINGS ALSO. We are a vital part of the whole network, and due to some superiorities, we are also the GUARDIANS of the network.

What is uppermost in my mind is that we all - plants and mushroom included - have a DIVINE BLUEPRINT, which means that - in optimal conditions - we will grow according to a certain plan. This does not just mean physically, but on a spiritual level. We, and everything else, are here to fulfill a specific duty.

The only thing I would counter in the (second) video is the use of mushrooms for a psychedelic "spiritual" experience. There is a very strong trend - supported by "dark" forces - which suggests that drugs is the answer. From my own experience (and I have never taken any drug), I can only say that spiritual experiences arise from increased awareness and growth. Colorful kaleidoscope visions, and other visions, have had nothing to do with taking external substances.

IF WE OVERCOME COMPLACENCY

So many of our daily actions, and also our daily contact with loved ones or colleagues, have become routine, almost predictable. If this is the case, it is good to take a step back from this familiarity, and see WHAT IS EXTRAORDINARY in these people. What is their unique quality? Is there another way that we could react to that?

In addition, there is something else that it is good to always keep in mind - that THEY MAY BE PROGRESSING ON THEIR LIFE'S PATH, meaning that what you thought you knew about this person does not actually apply any more. So we have to "relearn", spend time with them, and see what changes in thinking have occurred. Perhaps, because we have made rapid forward progress, we may view others as being in a pool of stagnation, but maybe they are just progressing at their own - albeit slower - pace.

The solution is to have an actively enquiring mind and no set views about a person or situation. This involves some effort on our part, or we may chose to wallow in complacency, and then WE eventually find ourselves in a place of stagnation. This is the eternal dance - moving together, and sometimes moving apart, to meet again and readjust our thinking, and learn from the process.

As I see it, trade has been a MAJOR UNIFYING FORCE in the past, and in order to exchange good, people needed to understand each other and learn each others languages. There was relative peace, for example, in the general areas of the Mediterranean all the way to India, at around the time of Jesus, due to prolific trading.

There are still countries like Kenya where 60 languages are spoken (English is just one of them). The result of that is that anyone entering university already speaks three languages: their local tongue, Kiswahili, and then English, which is used at university level.

Using one language ALONE will not bring peace. It will bring nothing, actually, if our level of spirituality is not raised (as you have pointed out). But in COMBINATION with all the other suggestions in this thread, it will make a huge difference.

You make good points in your posts, but the repetitiveness bothers me. There are so many ways of seeing, and so many degrees of "receiving" information. I might say something 20 times, and then someone might turn around and say WHY DID YOU NOT SAY THAT BEFORE! I am well intentioned. Will become clearer later.

I recently met a woman who could not hear or talk. She was one of five children who could not. And both parents could not either - their inability had been passed down to all children ... and this inspires the following:

If we look around us presently, we see that a percentage of our populations are afflicted in some way by hereditary disease or ailment. Although they can also have happy and fulfilling lives, sometimes leading as inspirational figures, this is not an optimal situation. The quality of our "genetic material" is generally on the decrease. How can these limitations be improved, or even avoided?

Leading edge medical research and technology will, when released and fully available, be able to make a difference in certain cases. But what about the other cases? Would a person with a very highly developed spirituality and extremely strong sense of personal and global responsibility, who also KNOWS that they carry a defective gene or hereditary illness, make a deliberate and conscious decision to have a child?

This, initially, may seem like "giving up on one's rights", but if CHOSEN by the individual, as a way of improving the "genetic pool", then that is not their sacrifice but their deliberate contribution, freely given. If everyone were to develop this level of conscience, everyone would have a perfectly working body.

I think that is an idealistic way of looking at this OP. The idea I do like but how could this be implemented? Every single person on this planet has billions of air pollution and plastic pollution particles inside them. Superoxide's which can be formed when this pollution enters our systems are causing oxidative stress in our bodies, ripping our cells and tearing our tissue apart with their explosive power. How can anyone at any time tell if they are defective or not? Also technology to clean up the mess we've caused in the air, water and soil would have to be developed first before we can prevent these particles entering our bodies and causing harm. As an individual how would you ensure that you aren't full of these damaging particles?

Indeed, you are right, AC. This could be described as "idealistic", indeed even to try an approach the subject of "peace on earth" could be said to be idealistic, but the alternative is to let the situation degenerate even further, to let the situation continue to go unchecked, to resign oneself to it all with a sense of "there's nothing I can do about it anyway".

The thing is, every single individual can do something about it, and this is what this thread is about - encouraging the growth of awareness. For example, your information on the effect of plastics in the body has grown my awareness of it, as a non-scientific person. THANK YOU.

I agree. At the moment, there is so much pollution - probably much more than we suspect - that our ways of measuring it or assessing it are limited. At least, that is what is TOLD US. I suspect that technology on earth is far more advanced than the general public knows; if we can see our own houses and even washing lines with the help of google maps, WHAT CAN THE MILITARY SEE?

Similarly, on a microcosmic level, I suspect that there is technology which is capable of identifying defective genes/cells. On another level, there is certain "cleaning up" technology WHICH WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE because our level of spirituality is not high enough to use it responsibly. Thus we would use it to kill, rather than preserve life.

Here one may ask: WHO IS WITHHOLDING SUCH TECHNOLOGY? The earth is presently in the claws of a cabal with domination worldwide. They are keeping certain things to themselves, especially if it benefits themselves and harms their enemies. And the technology which is denied us because we are still acting as if we are in Kindergarten, is withheld by galactic observers until we GROW UP and can use it responsibly and ethically.

Yes this is true we are all responsible for our own health no exceptions. But when everything around us is polluted we have to look for different options. What do you know of Alchemy OP? I believe that this is a way to purify our body, soul and spirit. This would lead us to a much better world if everyone engaged with these processes. But it seems that this subject puts people off because on the face of it it's all tangled up with black magic and sorcery which it really isn't about that. It's simply a way to purify and to perfect organic matter and the self. I believe that Alchemy should be taught in schools. This would lead to a much more compassionate society where we not only respected ourselves and others but also the Earth which gives us our strengths and life. Hello AC: the word "alchemy" conjures up so many associations in different historical and international contexts - the search for the elixir of eternal life, the turning of metal into gold, the search for purification. So I am wondering what you mean in YOUR CONTEXT, and what process you mean exactly.

Indeed, purifying our body and spirit is essential, and they are intricately entwined and interconnected. If we have a blockage in one part of our bodies, it will be connected with a certain mental stance or mental "blockage". Physical digestion problems are linked to problems in our lives which we are not able to digest. If we have a problem with our knees we are invited to ask ourselves how we can become more humble. If we are weaker - or always receiving injuries - on the left side of our bodies, then we are invited to ask ourselves how we override our feelings, not giving them full expression. So whatever we do for our mind affects our body, and vice-versa.

Black magic is practiced by those who know that thoughts and actions always have consequences, and who use that knowledge for negative purposes. The knowledge that thoughts and actions affect others can be used in a positive way. It is a question of motivation. Magic is a word I am not keen on, because nothing is. It may look like something impossible (like magic) but there is always an explanation. Sometimes, the explanation or the phenomenon is beyond our comprehension, but there is still a cause. The use of high spiritual powers is often the cause. Or our own lack of awareness.

Purifying oneself means paying attention to our physical vehicles, and also paying attention to our MINDS. If they are cluttered, confused, fearful, under stress, or unused, then they will stagnate. Continuous growth is essential, combined with continual experience-gathering and the gathering of WISDOM. The more DIVINE WISDOM one accumulates, the less "dense" one's body will become. Wisdom is stored on photons. This means that the more wisdom one acquires, the "lighter" one's bodies become. There are very large celestial beings whose bodies are made of photons - of light - only.

Yes, this sort of information should be taught in schools. The whole school system and curriculum requires changing. Subjects such as meditation, communication, physical disciplines which encourage spiritual growth (yoga and practicing the bow and arrow come to mind, as a method of increasing focus) should become mandatory, to say nothing of art/dance/music, which are still at the "baby stage" or what they could develop into.

Thanks OP I love your wisdom filled replies and never fail to learn something from them.

My understanding of Alchemy is that it is the study of consciousness's relationship to matter. I shall use what I consider to be a 'cornerstone' of Alchemy to explain my interest and use of Alchemy. As within So without.

To me this means that everything we see in our phsycal reality is a reflection of what is happening inside of us. It's as if you're breathing out your reality into existence. Knowing that what is inside of you is being played out in front of you leads one to attempt to 'purify' oneself so the physical experience becomes more fulfilling.

So how does one do that? Well, I read a great piece of wisdom a while ago which goes like this -

'The tragedy of the masses is a tragedy of the mind. It is a failure to recognise themselves in other people ('s behaviour).'

If what is happening outside of you is a reflect of what is inside of you then this will manifest in the behaviour of other people. When bad things happen there is no point in pushing them away or trying to resist them because they are a reflection of your thoughts and behaviour. Saying this is nothing to do with me simply makes it stronger and it will keep on manifesting until you recognise it and cease being like that yourself. Everything that we do everything that we think has a consequence, that's just how energy works. Once you recognise this behaviour as being a part of you then your brain no longer needs to experience it, the lesson has been learned and it will cease to exist. It's the same as let's say opening a door. You don't have to think of where the door handle is because you know it so you approach the door open it and off you go.

How does this relate and encourage my spiritual growth? I would say that by purifying the 'bad' thoughts and behaviour from my experience space then develops for good thoughts and good experiences which in my opinion emanate from the 'hidden' Devine within myself. As within So with out.

I'm not great with words and I read something this morning which actually prompted my post on your thread. This was written by the foremost Alchemist on Earth (as far as I know) Kymia Arts and I shall repeat it here for you -

It has gone beyond its pure white phase of beingness to a state of Truth Realization where it now experiences itself fully as the source of ALL. Grand Unification.
This is the path. To isolate and putrefy (black). To remove your self-induced suffering/limitation and purify (White). To express your awareness of Self through infinite forms, identities, and talents (Iridescent). Then to embody infinity in a point of presence and become the source of all (Red). As above, so below.

This is the path I wish to follow. Hope I've explained my thought's on this clearly.

Thank you also for your detailed thoughts , AC In fact, they are completely in alignment with my own. The only difference is the designation. I would not call this "alchemy": I would rather call it improving self-awareness and following the spiritual path, which means that our growth of mind is our main focus, which in turn improves everything and everyone around us (including our own health), as we are all part of the same DIVINE WHOLE.

On this planet there are a great number of terms and methods, including expensive "new age" courses which claim to lead participants to enlightenment, etc. All these designations tend to separate rather than UNITE, and it is this separation - in all areas (social, religious, national, sex, and a mass of smaller almost military-like denominations) which ultimately causes war.

The "mirror principle" which you mention is extremely important; if something unpleasant happens to us, we can just retreat and cry and considers ourselves the victim. ON THE OTHER HAND, one can take a step backwards, take an objective view and say I WONDER WHY THIS HAPPENED TO ME AT THIS PARTICULAR TIME? We can analyze the situation. We are in a particular place at at a particlular time as a result of a lifetime of DECISIONS, LARGE AND SMALL, WHICH WE HAVE PERSONALLY MADE. So everything we encounter HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH OURSELVES.

An example of this from my own experience; a child comes running to me, crying, and I ask why. It is because an adult has turned her out of a comfortable lounge chair. I could say THERE THERE, IT DOES NOT MATTER. WOULD YOU LIKE SOME HOT CHOCOLATE?

Instead, I take the child to the adult, and I ask the adult why he did this. He said WELL, THERE IS NO POINT IN ASKING THE OTHER CHILDREN TO MOVE OUT OF THEIR CHAIRS, BECAUSE I KNOW THAT THEY ARE TOO IMPOLITE AND WON'T DO IT. BUT THIS CHILD IS WELL-BEHAVED AND POLITE, AND I KNEW THAT SHE WOULD LET ME HAVE THE CHAIR AT THE END OF MY LONG WORKING DAY.

The other way the mirror principle works is in personal relationships. If we see that our partner is uncommunicative, the chances are that we are also being uncommunicative. How can one recognize something in another without being very familiar with that trait ourselves?

This principle is evident in other very simple examples. The moment you decide that you need some green gloves, for example, YOU WILL NOTICE EVERYONE WHO IS WEARING GREEN GLOVES. Possibly you will be surprised and say I NEVER THOUGHT THERE WERE SO MANY PEOPLE AROUND WEARING GREEN GLOVES! But this is not actually the case. What is really happening here is that our level of awareness for green gloves has increased.

Regarding the quote below about the philosopher's stone, this sounds like a sort of parable which describes the purification process. What is clear for me is that no amount of physical refined "powder" of any sort is going to help us increase our awareness, and thus our purification. No amount of drugs will help either. This is a mental process, continued over time, which involves personal effort only, and complete responsibility for self.

Do we cherish beauty 100% of the time? Or even 51% of the time? If we did, the scales would tip from chaos, torment and corruption into peace, abundance and harmony.

But what or who is beautiful? How often do we consider ourselves as important “pieces” in a beautiful global jigsaw? Are we aware that everyone has a starting point, and that everyone sets out on a journey, looking for similar pieces in order to “interlock” and form a composite and beautiful whole? Do we conceive of OURSELVES as part of the BEAUTY?

When we see THE OPPOSITE OF BEAUTY in the world around us, it is easy to become depressed. How can we counteract this feeling, and how we SIMULTANEOUSLY help the scales to tip? To cherish beauty we must CHERISH YOURSELVES, and the DIVINE PLAN. We must also cherish the POTENTIAL (however small) in everyone we meet, as well as in every flower and blade of grass. We should also cherish all mistakes, for they are the fastest route to learning. We should cherish also those who evoke our anger and awaken us to our real role, which is to be LOVE CRUSADERS.

THANK YOU so much for your appreciation, AC 72851436. It seems to you that this is a "marvel"; my thoughts on that are that this has been a long, developing process, based on my experiences, learning step by step.

It is the result also of increasingly trusting intuition, and also trusting the "little small voice" in my head which provides me with the visuals and the ideas. The words are the ones I choose, and are the way I can communicate the concepts, yet the concepts themselves are "received" from a higher instance.

Some people call that "the higher self". Sometimes also there are unseen guides helping us and providing information.

What I am really trying to say here is that if someone has the desire, THEN ANYONE CAN LEARN THIS, if they have a conscience and if they wish to improve themselves and make the world a better place for others to enjoy.

Cheers OP you are a great inspiration :) I've taken the advice you given on one of your previous threads or maybe this one and have been going within and asking questions. The other day I was at work and it was a pretty stressful time (new job lots to take in and act upon) and so I calmed myself and asked what do I need to know now? I carried on working for a while and then went to the store cupboard to fetch a container to put some stuff in. I picked up an empty cocoa bucket which was fit for the job I was doing and as always I glanced inside it just to check it was clean. Straight away I noticed in the bottom where in had dried after being cleaned was an absolutely perfectly formed love heart. That answered my question and brought a big smile to my face :)

THIS IS IT, AC! You are living your life as an adventure, even though on the surface you may appear to be doing some ordinary cleaning task, or whatever. The signs are always put there by our guides. The only question is, DO WE SEE THEM! You will, in your turn, become an inspiration for others! Congratulations on all your self-reflecting and on your progress in this exciting new arena which is the development of mind, the enhancing of your experiences and - in the final analysis - the manifestation of the DIVINE. I know those are big words - perhaps difficult to digest at first - but this is the result of the journey of constant self-improvement. Thank you for your contribution here.

Christmas is about remembering the one who demonstrated Christ consciousness. path, who was in constant communion with his divine inner fragment, who was constantly searching for ways to correct deviant behaviour, and who acted as a role model for all of us. May his influence prevail so that our behavior reflects his, and so that we can create peace on earth.

The world will become peaceful, beautiful and abundant
IF WE STOP KNOCKING OUR HEADS AGAINST A BRICK WALL

Especially at NEW YEAR (better would be every NEW DAY) we are inspired to reflect on the past and make changes for the future, deciding WHERE TO PLACE OUR ENERGY. We may realize that we have spent hours doing things which are not actually of highest priority, or we may - on reflection - discover that we are actually exhausted and "burnt out" because we have given our all in one direction which has proved to be unworthy of such effort.

If we have up up against a brick wall, either in terms of health being impaired, growth being impeded, learning processes being disturbed, or continuous NON-RESPONSE from those we are trying to reach, then we are invited to CHANGE DIRECTION AND BEHAVIOUR, in order to safeguard our strength and find other ways to live out or "mission" or complete our task or share our skills.

IF WE CREATE NEW DAY RESOLUTIONS

Serious, uninterrupted contemplation of the direction we are going in could be more frequent. Some people take time over New Year to review the past and set a new course, concretely stating new destinations. This ritual may give them a source of strength.

It is also a ritual which can help EVERY DAY. At the end of a day, we can analyze where we placed our energy, or how much physical exercise we did, or how many of our aims for that day were achieved, or how many hours were spent in "entertainment".

Full awareness of "deviances" or "excesses" on a frequent basis can help to make changes towards a more fulfilling, fruitful, healthy and meaningful life.

To strengthen our intent to do this, we can put a notebook and pen next to our bed, so that we can jot down our conclusions. Re-reading the whole notebook at a later date will make us strongly aware of our progress, or lack of it.

OP do you not see any benefits of using plants (the ones known to us as drugs) to expand one's consciousness? I feel that my personal use of 'mind expanding' natural substances has given me a 'window' into other forms of reality and possibly different dimensions. I also feel that they have given me a better understanding of my relationship with Nature. Do you feel that it's wise to stay locked into our everyday version of reality?
