To be fair, this is as right after Barr released his phony memo and the report wasn’t yet released.

Might want to check basic laws - no prosecutor 'Exonerates' someone - only a jury can. Works for Hillary too so she is not 'Exonerated' either, though nobody would get to trial for her as they would be Arkancided first. Maddow is the poster child of the cable news hoax followed by CNN.
