That same article was posted earlier on w h a t d o e s i t m e a n (in other words, S*rcha F*al or disinformation/fake news). Wouldn't put any stock in it

I never thought I would be going to that site to read news, or find it more accurate that US news sites. Watch events carefully to see what that grain of truth it. I find it quite believable that ISIS has sent snipers over the border. Middle Easterners have been coming over for several years now. I find it quite believable that some of them are on a mission to eliminate our president. Of course they are! Now as to the Navy part, it is up to you to put together what might be fact and what might be fiction.
