It also hasnt rained since the last chemtrails I believe the Chemtrail Operations are deeper than a President or executive branch, still in the arsenal. However, I have no doubt that our mayor(Chicago) could call in a Chemtrail Operation if he had the right 'deep' connections. Homeland Security was also able to call in a Chemtrail OP to 'Fog In' Chicagoland for an Air Interdiction Exercise over the crowded city, effectively blinding a million prying eyes. In the prior R&D Chemtrail Operations over Chicagoland I'm sure the mayor had to at least give his OK, seeing as he was responsible for the residents. It dissipated after about 10 minutes and didn't appear to spread out. That is the only trail I have seen over Escondido area since last week. Wierd that it was the only one. I was looking toward the north and it must have been over 30,000 feet, from east to west. |

With the checkerboard patterns in the sky, WTF? They've changed since then, now they disperse more quickly and create those milky white skies and rain usually follows within a day. It's undeniable.
