I never men a man I liked. They either have drinking problems or anger management problems or controlling problems.

Sounds like you never got to experience that. A good conservative man might be the ticket for you hard to say. If youve been paying attention, the steady, reliable responsible white male is THE exact thing being demonized from every direction and sources. The only acceptable male according to the media is a black rapper with a whole bunch of babymommasand a long history of run ins with the law. Interesting how the ones who believe anything the media says are the ones usually in hot water and the ones who are quiet and keep to themselves find a good person to marry. Funny how that works. Goes back to an earlier point about the 'Image-based' society of today along with 'Instant Gratification' as two of many causes eroding our ability to meet the right person. When all is said and done, women will always side and respect the biggest most powerful potential bully. They may fear it but they will compete to accomodate it. Thats why they always love the government man and the media man than their own family. They will always put out for them, and not for you.
