I have 3 daughters, I have been married to their mother for 25 years, I'm a simple country boy and my standards are God, Family and friends. 2 of my girls are married to county boys with strong family instincts. tjey will do well.
My only advice on their wedding day was the words exactly..
Keep his belly full and his balls empty, make him ache to want to come home and see you. Try to look nice for him because we are visual creatures. Don't complain because he's gone working. Be a good mother.

Thats what mine does. When she crawled on top of me in the am I knew is was to make up for some screwup or needless expenditure but its worth it because in the end its affordable and pointless to fight about it.
