They flood either:

A.) demigods in the middle do it for conquistador purposes - but this then bites them on the ass before too long.

B.) Nature does this as soon as the evolutionary context is resulting in more harm / suffering than good.

They are self aware of this on this planet and ride the 50.00001% good / 49.999999% bad on purpose - to keep this evolutionary phase stuck on purpose - without Nature pulling the plug - this is done by those who enjoy to revel in the particulars of what this phase expresses without having to evolve...

Some are addicted to this phase like a drug.

But that .000001% always ends up winning in the end! But it does get stretched out into very long periods of distraction and beating around the bush - they have becomes masters at riding that line and taking advantage of Source and Sophia in this process - mirrored in the blood feast of The Christ :(
