On that I agree and before they were married by force of family.. I have to say.. my mother attempted to abort me actually.. and never forgave me for being born... long story.. I had a story about that on my website... in my gradually forming book called The Miracle that is ME.... WE ARE ALL MIRACLES ON THIS WORLD.. ARE WE NOT? :hugs 1:

She often aborted.. when she could.. 5 more times I remember as an older child and teenager.. she always bragged about another flushed down the toilet. My surviving 1/2 brothers and 1/2 sister grew into fine adults ..... and we were never and are not now "halves" to each other... I have no "full blooded" siblings.

3 brothers and one sister from my Mothers 2nd marriage.. (during which she admitted the 5 more abortions and not in the days where a doctor did them legally..... and the 1/2 sister I finally found a year ago thru the efforts of my daughter...from my Fathers affair when he was young in the air force.

He flew ambulance planes during WW2. He had a black and white picture of the type of plane he flew.. .and some many years ago before his death in 2006 I painted it in color for him....to match the ones he flew

My step father adopted me when I was a teenager... game played by my step father and my mother to secure that from my Father.. He agreed because he felt it in my benefit to stop the garbage fight ongoing for years.. It was an act of love on his part.. and I was at his death bed when he passed.:Triple Hearts:

My step father and my Mother married when I was 3 years old. He was a lovely man also who raised me as his own... the battles my step dad and my mother engaged in against real father began actually when I was in high school and some person in the school system discovered my last name used was my step fathers and they forced legal action to make me register there with my real Fathers last name... to explain the story I quoted above.. It was in fact none of their business as to the school.. and I suspect some idiot with memories in that small town wanted to raise trouble. I was born in Steamboat Springs Co... a town of about 2000 until the ski resort there was built when Storm Mountain was developed for skiing.

It was a difficult time for me.. but not terribly so to have to consider using a totally different last name I had never carried in school. Always was I Candy Root.. and not Candy Hitchens...

I in fact when I divorced and my own kids would be faced with ME reverting to a maiden name that I just kept my married name for their sake. With the adoption my real Father approved as an act of Love.. I continued then to legally use the name ROOT of my I guess I should say adoptive father at that point...until my marriage.

Colorado law at my divorce allowed me FREE of charge to change back to my legal maiden name of Root. I choose not too. because of both respect for my children... to carry their Fathers name.. and not have to explain a different name for their mother.

Names are important in this world.. and I decided some years ago after grown kids had NO PROBLEM with it.. to change my last name to Frieze which was my grandmothers MAIDEn name and I had good reason to honor her with that... She was long passed but she was such am important figure in my childhood and early adult years before she passed and she kept track of me AFTER she passed.. many times we shared a communion and she would appear as she looked to me (on my inner screen) when she was alive.. well she was alive.. but she appeared in her meat suit to me. She often left the smell of Yardleys Lavender perfume in fact. which was her favorite in her physical life.

Well some were not happy with that one. Some of you will remember who had followed my stuff over the years.. I used to write as CANDACE FRIEZE...

well.. we all come into this world by our parents.. and I didn't consider the statement porn for that reason.. and it provided me more memories ... I have had some as I work this thread I had forgotten about for a time. We all have memories that can pop up at any time something brings them forth.

Ok as to family shit you implied I was covering up... as to my 3 parents.. real Dad was a farmer hailing from one of the earliest farming families to settle in Steamboat Springs.. He continued part time farming well into his very senior years.

Step DAd whole adopted me.. was a mortician. From his family line. No secrets.. just a normal human walking this plane. Mother was a great cook and an a seamstress having many faults and who interfered in everything... destructive person. Choose her uncreation at here death.. called that 2nd death thing. Had affairs with several local men. A drunk... Attempted my murdering not only during early pregnancy but also by trying to suffocate me and such later on. I suppose I can own my own strength to surviving here.. probably the most influential person in my life.

I learned in highschool and again in college.. during GYN exams I was pretty badly scarred inside... Fork was used to tear up that part of body. I was never forgiven for being born.. ever.. .to the day she passed as far as I know. I tried often to establish relationship of value with that woman.

this is no deep family shit either.. everyone knew. She was my ownly know evil family member. My grandparents .. the parents of my 3 parents all clean and decent people. Farmers on my read dads side... maternal grandfather a know engineer of his days back in the Chicago area. I did wonder sometimes if he affected my mother in some way... because she hated him.. But her loved me and was a lovely grandfather. His Mother.. my Great grandmother had been involved heavily with the Chicago Tribune but I never knew her role. I met her once when my Mother and I took a road trip to Chicago when I was 8. She was only marginally "sharp" in her advanced age of being her he 90's then.

Never heard any bad stories in fact in stories told of my maternal family members.

No bad stories at all on the ancestors of my step father... also a family history of early settlement of Steamboat springs.. and one lady whose name I cannot remember but did meat several times as a child before her passing wrote a quite good historical book and I don't have a copy and can't remember. There was NO GOSSIP passed around about family locally of the step father.. who became my legal father by adoption I mentioned in stories above.

So Sweden AC.. please feel free to enlighten me on this so called big family secret you claim I am hiding.

I have normal children.. 2 who are making their way thru life with great results and heartaches we all have.

My step Fathers Father.. adopted grandfather was a Mason.. and as such I entered Rainbow Girls as a teenager.. went up the chain of Office within the local group. I was Not fascinated with any part of Masonry.. do not go forth to entering Easter star. As presented in my local community these were just community clubs... Step Dad was a member of Kiwanis... also an insurance agent... he became a mortician after his Father.. the Mason I mention passed. Never heard any negative secrets about Step Dad...

So there you have enough Sweden AC of my personal family. None of which any deep dark secrets I am covering up. My deep dark secrets with my Mother have all been pretty much exposed.. I have no reason to hide the bad parenting... I grew thru it and am strong.. which again is why she was perhaps the most influential person in my younger years.

Oh left out my beloved material Grandmother.. the mother of my mother... LOVELY LOVELY Person and she is one big reason I cam thru that horrid mess... her support .... I think I posted a tad about continuing conversation with her after her passing. I miss her still. She incarnated again for a short time some years ago.. and since I don't hear directly from her anymore.. I have to assume she has moved forward. I still long for her to visit now and then... in that regard she was the most POSITIVE influence in my life.

Ok, not a secret about you but something about me with tarantulas. I've killed 2 of them. One was a giant, as big as a dinnerplate and I killed it to protect a new kitten. This was many years ago. Another one I feel bad about is also a big one I caught in a jar. I killed it by shaking it to death in the jar. I felt bad for days after that. I now just catch them in a jar and toss them over my neighbor's wall away from the house. I know it won't come back. Once I even walked up the street to drop one off. Although they look mean they really are most gentle and patient. It takes a lot to rile a tarantula. I still haven't touched one with my hand though. A bit too much.

For some one who has all the juice.. what's the fixation with violence? I remember that movie about Jesus getting beat bloody for who knows how long it really pissed me off.
