The literacy rate in Detroit is not even 50%. And yet you have Trump squandering our tax dollars attempting to overthrow countries for the NWO. Is it any wonder they are trying to flood the country with third world peasants? Places like Baltimore and Detroit will become the new normal and the U.S. will be no more. |

What has Baltimore to show for Cummings’ 30 years of representation? Here are a few examples. In 2017, 13 high schools in the city of Baltimore were found to have zero students — not a single one — who were proficient in math. And out of the 3,804 students in all who took the state math proficiency test, only 14 were proficient. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 4111088 Baltimore’s schools perform this poorly despite the fact that residents of Baltimore pay 3.2% city income tax, the maximum local income tax rate allowed by state law in an already high-tax state. Take that as further proof that throwing money at problems doesn’t necessarily solve them. But of course, those 13 Baltimore high schools have sent thousands of black students to colleges and universities, thanks to racist "affirmative action" policies, in spite of the fact that NONE of them were even proficient at math, and most probably couldn't spell or write either. |

WTF? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 5327441 Seems impossible. Obviously you can't maintain an industrial civilization, a developed country at this rate. Ya think? More than half of the babies being born are being born on welfare. This article is from seven years ago. At that time almost 50% of births were Medicaid. Now the number is more than half, but hard to find recent articles. They like to hide that shocking info so fools will be ok with the invasion at our border. What you have is idiots breeding idiots at an accelerated rate. When the money runs out it will be literaly hell on earth. It's also fun when you learn that Baltimore spends the 3rd highest monetary amount in the nation ~16k per student 'supposedly' to achieve such stellar results. Or when you hear that they spent $800 million dollars to create ~230 jobs. More than 2 million per job?! WHAT? WHERE IS ALL THAT MONEY GOING??? Sure as shit not to help the folks there. |

Baltimore is a major city with a population of 620,000 (steadily dropping because it's become a shithole) and yet in the year 2017 only 14 high school students total proved to be even PROFICIENT at math. Were any of those 14 black? I doubt it. Some stray whites and asians. Has Elijah Cummings ever mentioned mathematics in his decades in government? Nope. Would he be capable of dividing 300 by 20? Hell no. Can he even figure out a correct 15% tip for one of his expensive restaurant meals? |

During my aerospace career, I worked with a lot of black engineers and scientists. Most were African immigrants. One was from Canada. One was from South Central LA. How he survived the aggression heaped on those who "act white" was most amazing. However, sometimes affirmative action policies promote those who never learned in school. About 20 years ago I was introduced to a black entrepreneur. He had an engineering degree from University of Texas at Austin where he was a star football player as well. At one point he owned a company that employed over 500 workers but lost his subcontract from a large aerospace company in Dallas. We had lunch often. I was basically a free consultant for him since he was such a likable guy. One time he visited an Air Force Lab and came home with a $500,000 R&D contract awarded on the basis of minority status. He told me the contract was to advance the tech of "traveling wave tubes". I congratulated him on winning the contract. Then, he asked, "Darth, what IS a traveling wave tube?" I did not laugh despite the absurdity of the situation. I rounded up some retired electrical engineers to help him spend the $500,000 and actually deliver a product. Bottom line: I don't think we do them any favors by promoting them without qualifications. If I was running a school in a black neighborhood, I would go to war against the school bullies who prevent the good kids from getting an education. |

Your 'friend' is the end product of an insidious underhanded campaign by cultural-Marxists to undermine the sovereignty of the U.S. What is really scary is affirmative action for physicians. Trump did try to improve the situation by rolling back Affirmative action which resulted in fewer black doctors. |

First, your football playing "black entrepreneur" probably couldn't prove to be proficient in math with a standard high school test. Second, he got into college displacing more qualified applicants either because of his protected racial status or his ball chasing skills. Third, he's making big bucks in the marketsplace because he understands the value of the race card. Fourth, hes getting free consultations from you and your "retired electrical engineer" buddies because why? Because he's your token black friend? Fifth, this kind of bullshit is seriously weakening our country and our national security. |

This is not the issue, the issue is.... Where is the money for the schools, curriculum, faculty, etc, going? Baltimore is corrupt to the core and if anyone watches the wire that’s almost a documentary of that town. Fun fact, during the Freddie gray riots, CVS and other pharmacies had no time to take the opioids out due to how fast the riots took off. That year the DEA estimated that the majority of oxy and other highly regulated opioids on the east coast came from those pharmacies during the riots. They trafficked that shit up and down the coast and contributed to the massive epidemic we have now. |
