A gas company is replacing old lines in a small town where my friend has a large acre vacant lot. The company has asked permission to store their equipment and supplies on the lot —- which is currently for sale. The gas company might need the location for up to two years. Quoting: Light Bulb Anyone have an idea of a fair monthly price to charge for letting them use the acre lot in the middle of the small town? Thanks! What ever you think is fair, or the can haul it all from somewhere else |

What ever you think is fair, or the can haul it all from somewhere else I wish I had an idea of a fair price range—-never had dealings like this before. Would comparing it to housing rental be fair? Or would that be too high? The equipment and supplies will be there 24/7. |

Hope he won't be responsible for any loss/damage/theft for being on his property. I'd charge them $900/month and enjoy. Energy flows where focus goes. I would pass on this OP. If anyone of them gets hurt on that property your Friend is responsible. "Never underestimate the pain of a person. In all honesty, everyone is struggling. Just some people are better at hiding it than others." Everyone has to work out their own salvation. Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forwards. |
