*I'm a time traveler and have a question about it*

I've been time traveling(time machines are not needed for it) for a long time but they wont tell me as to why they do it.They communicate with me but not directly.For example today I took a bus to the bar at 406pm and looked at the gas station price and it was $2.81. When I left the bar my receipt said 403pm as the time I started my tab. The bus picked me up at 603pm and I saw the same gas station and the price was 2.60. When I got off the bus I could tell it wasn't 110 out for sure felt like 90. Any ideas as to why they are doing this to me? I have seen a lot of crazy things such as people disappearing, person walking their dog then go inside then 20 seconds later wearing different clothes wALKS the dog again, neighbor's who moved out but went back to the past and saw them again.
