Where does it say people who open carry have must limit the amount of ammo they carry? Where does it say its illegal to video record while you open carry? This dude just recorded evidence for his up and coming law suit! He didn't threaten anyone. He didnt fire his weapon? Unless the Walmart has a sign warning of "no firearms" allowed...what did he do that was illegal? |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 71408469 United States 08/08/2019 10:53 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Yes, yes it is, but intent...one cannot yell "fire" in a movie theater. His intent was to cause panic so he could live stream it...that is inciting a riot and illegal Inciting a riot? you have no idea what that even means. You certainly can yell fire in a crowded theater if there os a fire, Open carry is legal, if people choose to be scared, not his fault. A nation of fools scared of their own shadows. |

It is in my state unless your a cop. If not, the cops can always get him on disturbing the peace or public nuisance. Then it's up to the judge. |

User ID: 77541704 United States 08/08/2019 11:18 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | There was a time when it was common for men to open carry everywhere. There were no mass shootings. Quoting: Weyoun I remember walking down the road when I was 14 years old carry a 22 rifle and going into the woods to shoot squirrels and whatever else I could find. I would walk right past the fire station and they would wave at me. When I was in High School, probably 30-40% of the student-owned trucks in the parking lot had gun racks in the back windows with multiple rifles attached. And this was in a city of 100K and at a school of over 1000 kids... not a small town. Not anymore. In my home town, which is a very small town of less than 700 people, it's still that way. Same for me in Detroit. That was in the city. I've fired rifles in the high school when I was in JROTC also. I lost my apathy. |

Ironically I used to shoot my BB rifle in the cow pasture where it was built. That kind of anarchist attitude will make people reconsider open carry laws, and worse, cause other armed citizens to shoot first and ask question latter. After a few dead bodies, I suspect reason and common sense will be reestablished. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 77539625 United States 08/08/2019 11:31 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | yes it is and is here where im at in vegas but a business can have their own rules on allowing it or not, same with most libraries and federal buildings that dont allow firearms inside. some walmarts, all the ones around here at least have signs saying no open carry inside...its their business and they can do that i dont open carry anyway, its dumb, i dont want people staring at me constantly in a store, etc |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 77047423 United States 08/08/2019 11:32 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | An interesting bit of info I learned about Walmart today. Walmart is full of cameras we all know. But unlike most company's their camera system's video is all internalized. The Pentagon and stuff use ADT , im sure they have other special contractors too, but general stuff ADT. So if something goes down the police can go to ADT for video if needed. Not for stuff with Walmart you have to go to them. Interesting. |

Quoting: darkwolf007 "The Springfield Police Department arrived on scene within three minutes of the call. Police stated that a young white male, appearing to be in his twenties, pulled up to the Walmart, where he donned body armor and military fatigues. Police say the man had tactical weapons. Police then say the man walked into the Walmart: Neighborhood Market where he grabbed a cart and began pushing it around the store. Police say the man was recording himself walking through the store via a cell phone." - an excerpt from the article. He did this maliciously. The guy wasn't trying to protect anything or anyone. While his initial plans were to sow up to strong negative ambience for everyone involved this could very well turned into a major blood bath if his sadistic desires went further... His intent very well could've been to get people used to the presence of guns, which was once the case when America was Great. MO is a constitutional carry state, you can carry concealed or open, people here are used to guns, his intent was not to make America great again, it was to instill panic Or he was trying to protect against a mass murderer given the recent rash or mass murders. The ones who instilled panic were the person who pulled a fire alarm when there was no fire and the one who held a law abiding citizen at gunpoint. Missing some critical facts? Fill me in He did not do anything and someone drew on him? WTF Someone pulled the fire alarm? sandman |

[link to www.facebook.com (secure)] If you read his post from Feb 16, it would appear that Mr Anreychenko was upset that Walmart would no longer be selling him ammo (they changed the age limit) You have to train your mind to be stronger than your emotions or you will lose yourself every time |
