Sorry it's been a long time since I contributed to this thread-- I finished my 4th novel since the last time I posted here, and then just yesterday finished a new sci-fi novella. Neither are any good--I would bet a dollar against a donut on that...



...but I just wanted to drop by and say hello :)

My version of chicken dinner today consists of leftover pizza crusts (I treat myself to delivery pizza when I finish writing a book) with extra sharp cheddar cheese, sliced button mushrooms, and pesto--- baked in the oven at 325* for twenty minutes.

Not quite the same as an actual chicken dinner, but there ya go.

Best wishes and hoping everybody on this thread has a great Sunday. Especially the OP because she is actually a very nice person with a heart of gold. And I'm not being sarcastic in the slightest.

I am glad for the updates as I visualized you doing what you loved? My chicken dinner is going to be carne asada tacos.. in about 4 or 5 hours, until then, I pulled a mystery quart of something out of the freezer and heating it now. I hope its good

I grabbed it in the managers bin today when I was getting peanut oil

It is in four hours but i want to linger some with a beer first. I have slaw made onions chopped and cheeses grated.

I made the horse radish lime dressing taco slaw again.
