I am. just hungry and tired. I will get rested and fed. got some mashed potatoes going with turnips and brussel sprouts braised and some slow baked tri tip. It is a process. took me three days to get to here. the watermelon pickles are well on the way. got it cut up and in salt water for the first 24 hours.
