It is something I would like to try out sometime pool. I take it you just boil lobster & season with rock salt, black pepper & lemon juice or vinegar?  Flavor & boil the water with coriander, fresh ground s/p, red pepper flakes, dill, pinch of alspice, for about 3 minutes. Cut w scissors the underneath belly shell. Boil 1 minute per ounce. Heat butter and fresh lemon juice separately. Remove lobster meat from tail and pour lemon butter sauce over it~ use fingers to eat.
