China Lady used an app on her phone to translate words on another phone. It was like an open camera that translates over the words but the page stays the same, just the mandarin suddenly disappears and now it's English. Do you know what kind of an app that would be called? Can that only be used on computers or phones but not on actual paper? I see this tech working because the page can be translated into multiple languages but a piece of paper isn't that way.
