I think the granola stays stuck together if you don't stir it and maybe bake it in a baking dish? I had it in a baking dish first, then goo'd the pans for baking and switched w a parchment lined cookie tray. Time to stir...brb

eta..okay, stirred it, still very soft from all the butter, so after the extra 15 minutes, it might take longer. I want really crunchy crackly granola. This is a first for me.
