Here's my second lunch, 3rd meal for the day. 80 grams sweet potato 70 calories 85 grams chicken breast 95 calories 1 whole can green beans 40 calories 1 pickled pepper 33 calories. 237 calories I've been eating 5 times a day. I prefer to eat low calorie dense foods so I do feel satisfied and not hungry or crave sweet and fat food. my next calorie cut will be just 1/2 an oz of walnuts a day. https://imgur.com/a/Od8hXcY
