Quinoa is hard to rinse before cooking, it all gets stuck in the sieve. DO you wash yours before cooking? Lovely.  I'm still not craving anything other than what I am eating. I'm afraid if I eat something sweet and delicious, that will be my gateway to eating it daily. Quinoa that you would normally buy doesn't really need rinsing, the saponins have already been washed off. Unless you are buying it by the tonne or something.
